Ropeway Nepal

Ropeway Nepal Pvt. Ltd. was established by a group of enthusiastic Engineers with a vision to apply our learning and concentrate our effort for the development of ropeways in Nepal. We believe that sustainable development of Nepal is possible through development of villages, where majority of the country’s population resides, by implementation of indigenous technologies that can only originate and developed from the soil of this country.

With this conviction, Ropeway Nepal was established by a group of enthusiastic Engineers with a vision to apply our learning and concentrate our effort on with an aim to develop indigenous technology of ropeway systems. With this conviction, Ropeway Nepal intend to support tourism infrastructure development for identification, planning, surveying, designing, engineering of appropriate ropeway technology to the Nation.

Nepal Development Marketplace 2005 has awarded Ropeway Nepal (former named ITD Nepal) for developing an innovative appropriate technology of river crossing named as Mechanized Bridge in conflict affected area of Nepal. The World Bank has supported the company granting monetary fund in materializing the Mechanized Bridge of 520m span in Kotre-Punditar across Seti River at Tanahun District of Nepal.
